RMT, Certified Reflexologist
My wish for my clients is that they find an interest and passion for healthy living and overall well-being. Within our lives, there are countless activities we do; some which we may not realize have any impact on us. Bringing awareness to how we function on a daily basis is something that I try to incorporate into my sessions.
Some areas of interest for me are Reflexology, pregnancy and infant massage, breast massage, postural dysfunction and working with clients with autism, ADHD, and emotional trauma. I also really enjoy working with children. At a young age, we are exposed to many forms of stress whether it be emotional or physical demands of school and sport activities. I believe getting an early start is essential in preventative healthcare.
It is important to feel comfortable with your healthcare team. Vita is known for their dedication to their clients and providing excellent care. I wanted to become a part of that. I also love the fact that clients have the ability to choose other forms of care to compliment their existing therapies, or simply explore other options within our clinic.
Reflexology
Using thumb pressure the therapist works on reflex points in the feet; these points correlate to organs and parts of the body. Activating these reflexes may help normalize health problems, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
