I graduated from CDI College of Massage Therapy in 2001 and have over nine years of experience performing different types of massage: therapeutic massage, swedish/relaxation massage, sport massage, pregnancy massage, infants massage, and deep tissue massage.  I also provide trigger-point therapy, MLD, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, joint mobilization, and remedial exercises as well.  

Being a holistic practitioner I can also offer my clients reflexology, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and hot stone therapy.

I have completed a University Degree with a Bachelor in Health and Physical Education and Sport.  I am trained to improve the athlete’s ability to increase endurance, resistance, and speed in order to reach peak performance.

I have practiced Karate for nine years and I have black belt in that discipline.

As a massage therapist, I put all of my knowledge into my practice in order to create the best treatment for my clients.  My goal is to achieve speedy recovery and maximum relaxation with consistent care.  The philosophy that guides me in this beautiful profession was, is and always will be: it is easier to prevent than to treat. My passion for people is my speciality.
