F.A.Q.

1. What can I do and not do after an adjustment?
For thirty minutes following we prefer you to not do any sudden movement. This is to help the body reset to the new alignment. Exercise, sports, drive go for a run all are acceptable and recommended. Our favorite is if you go for a 15 minute walk. This helps to loosen any spinal muscles that may have been tight prior to the adjustment.
2. Why do I need to keep coming back?
Our Chiropractors focus is reducing neurological and brain stress in you. Once your program is complete we recommend continued care mainly to help your body to function while under stress. If your stress has changed and is substantially lower than your frequency of care will reflect this. Best of all there is no guess work, using our technology we continually monitor changes in your stress. This is a great question and warrants a one on one answer. Please feel free to email us or drop in when you can to talk to one of our doctors.
3. Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Please phone ahead so we can direct you to the elevator and how to enter our premise through the rear entrance.

First adjustment was 3 days old for our youngest, first adjustment was 93 years old for our oldest (and she loved it).

We assess the balance of the brain and start a program to stimulate the deficient side. Our goal would be to reduce and eliminate medication through a better balanced brain.
6. I was told to go to Physiotherapy, should I wait till I finish?
We work closely with many physiotherapists. We work on the neural component of healing while the physiotherapist will focus on muscle and joint biomechanics. We will communicate with your therapist to keep your healing and return to pain free as quickly as possible.

No, Chiropractors are not yet set up for this (like dentists).
